TLR focuses on the thinking, behaviour and experiences that underpin leadership.  It is not a management training program. Where management revolves around the capacity to do what we are told effectively and pass on effective instruction to subordinates, leadership requires a shift in consciousness and developmental altitude.

Leadership involves thinking for yourself, making judgement calls when there is no manual, dealing skilfully with conflict, being ‘wise’ not just ‘informed’, having impact when you have no direct control, utilising consent and connectedness rather than mandate and force. The LDP supports this shift in developmental capacity, from managing reactively to Leading Generatively. Ultimately our objective is to have participants walk away from the program having taken ownership of their unique Authentic Leadership Style.

Businesses report that as a result of the program their leaders are more self-motivated, self-resourced and generally more fulfilled in their vocation.

Format

Four days in a residential setting affords the rare privilege of time out to gain perspective, to become immersed in the learning and return to work refreshed and regenerated – physically, intellectually and spiritually.

We recommend Peppers Manor House in NSW and Aitken Hill Conference Centre in Victoria.
