The Leadership State has been designing and delivering professional development workshops over a twenty-year period to around 9,000 participants.
Our programs provide a supportive space within which to better understand motivations and aspirations in regard to personal leadership.
Today’s leaders require rigorous self-awareness and critical reflection. Choices that are based on heartfelt, authentic internal values result in performance that is fundamentally satisfying and fulfilling both for the leader and the communities they lead. By navigating their own developmental consciousness, leaders begin to inspire colleagues to actually desire individual growth. Indeed, in a successful learning organisation, people don’t just desire it…they begin to demand it. That’s when an organisation starts to have really interesting conversations. Honest, fierce, purposeful conversations; conversations that further goals and missions, rather than obscuring them. It’s refreshing to work in an organisation like that.
Our courses are highly experiential in nature, delivering a complex blend of evidence-based theory and action learning. Typically all our programs will be anchored to business results through 360-degree feedback instruments. While many of our programs are ready to deliver immediately, we also custom-design toward specific organisational requirements.
Programs can be delivered as stand alone entities or as a series of modules linked by peer coaching circles, specific tasks, and thought-leadership articles. Online knowledge sharing communities can help connection where geography is a limiting factor.
